Just for Teens

I’m here to tell you, there is no need to suffer alone. Support is here. I want to provide a judgment-free zone just for you.

No pressure. Just real talk about what’s going on and how you want things to feel different. Whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, angry, stressed, lost, or just need someone to talk to, we’ll figure it out—your way.


Being a teenager can be kinda extra right now. Stress from school, keeping your grades up, nagging parents and social drama can get overwhelming, really fast. Our society expects a lot from the youth these days. If you feel this way, don’t stress! You are NOT alone. In fact, about 3 out of 10 teens, living in Washington State, will experience symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Therapy gives you a safe space to talk about whatever’s on your mind: stress, emotions, family, school, or just feeling off. My job isn’t to fix you, you are NOT broken. You just need a little support that’s all. Everyone needs another person to just listen. If you want, I can teach you new skills that might help you understand more about yourself. Discovering your truth is exciting. Learning how to handle life in a way that works for you is a journey.

  • You’ll learn to use more positive, & realistic thought patterns and this will help you make solid decisions about important choices in your life.
